Processing Time & Order Tracking

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll notify you if there are significant delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@tajassentials.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
